DWC Management

The Deal With Caution (DWC) system flags users who have had verified issues in past transactions. This helps protect the community while giving flagged users a path to redemption.

Adding DWC Status

Flag a user with documented issues:

/staff-dwc add @user <reason>
Example:/staff-dwc add @user Failed to deliver after payment

This adds a DWC badge to the user's profile and listings. Always provide a clear, documented reason.

Removing DWC Status

Remove DWC after the user has resolved issues:

/staff-dwc remove @user <reason>
Example:/staff-dwc remove @user Issue resolved, refund provided

Extending DWC Deadline

Extend the DWC period if needed:

/staff-dwc extend @user <duration>
Example:/staff-dwc extend @user 30d

When to use DWC: Only apply DWC status for verified issues like non-delivery, payment disputes, or clear misrepresentation. Don't use for minor disagreements.

Archive Listing
